Having leveraged relationships and market-specific knowledge, Charles’ personal portfolio has included over nine condo acquisitions & subsequent sales, two single family homes, and contributions as an LP in five, mixed-use projects throughout Sunnyside-Queens and Astoria, NY. As an advisor, Charles believes in an educational approach to each and every acquisition; applying his personal experiences and learnings in an easily digestible manner for everyone from first-time homebuyers, to the savvy, institutional investor. Value-add projects being a speciality, Charles, himself, has completed several renovations projects, affording the ability to share his extensive knowledge throughout the process. Charles obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from George Mason University’s School of Management. Once an avid, collegiate runner, he believes each weekend should start off with a long-run and a Cuban coffee shared with friends & family.
